Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Stokman Safaris, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair and transparent for both our guests and service providers.

Cancellation by Client

Cancellations received more than 30 days before departure will be refunded 80% of the total booking cost. Between 15–29 days, 50% refund applies. Less than 14 days before departure, no refund is applicable.

Refund Processing

All refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Transaction and bank charges, if any, are non-refundable.

No-shows

Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled departure date without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by Stokman Safaris

In rare cases where we must cancel a tour (e.g., unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns), clients will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Amendments

Date changes and booking amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the supplier’s policy.

Force Majeure

Refunds are not guaranteed in cases of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other events beyond our control, though we will assist with rescheduling where possible.
