What is included in the package price?

Our packages usually cover accommodation, meals, transport, park fees, and guided tours. Exclusions include flights, visas, insurance, and optional extras.

Do I need a visa to travel?

Most travelers require an online e-visa for Kenya. We guide you on requirements depending on your nationality.

What accommodation options are available?

Our transport includes 4x4 Land Cruisers, safari vans, luxury cars, and optional flights between parks.

When is the best time to travel?

The Great Migration happens July–October. December–February is excellent for clear skies and wildlife viewing.

Once your safari is booked, preparation is key. Here are common questions we receive before departure to ensure a smooth journey.

What travel documents do I need?

Carry your passport (valid for 6+ months), e-visa, insurance, and booking confirmations—both digital and printed.

Do I need vaccinations or medications?

A Yellow Fever certificate is required for Kenya. Malaria prevention is strongly advised. Consult your doctor early.

What currency should I carry?

Kenya uses KES, but USD is widely accepted. Carry small denominations for tips. Cards are accepted in major towns.

What should I pack?

Neutral safari clothing, hats, sunscreen, binoculars, and light jackets. For the beach, swimwear and sandals.

How can I stay connected?

Buy a local SIM card or use lodge Wi-Fi. Safaricom and Airtel have the best coverage.

What is the baggage allowance?

International flights usually allow 23kg. Domestic flights often restrict to 15kg—soft bags recommended.

What weather should I expect?

Warm days, cool evenings on safari. Coastal regions are hot and humid. Pack light, layered clothes.

What are the tipping customs?

USD $10–20 per person per day for guides/drivers is common. Smaller tips for hotel staff.

Do I need to reconfirm bookings?

Yes. We reconfirm all your flights, hotels, and transfers 48 hours before travel.
