How to book
- Request a quote or select a package via our website, email, or phone.
- We will send a written itinerary and invoice confirming inclusions and exclusions.
- To secure a reservation, a deposit is required (details below).
Important information
Please read our booking policy carefully — it explains payments, cancellations, changes and important pre-departure requirements for all Stokman Safaris bookings.
Standard deposit is 25% of the total package price unless otherwise stated. Final payment is required 45 days before departure for standard packages. For tailor-made or peak-season bookings different terms may apply — these will be shown on your invoice.
We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. All bank charges are the responsibility of the guest unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable). Refunds are issued according to the schedule below and are calculated from the date we receive your written cancellation.

Changes to confirmed bookings are possible and subject to availability. Where changes incur costs (supplier fees, additional transport, or rate differences), these will be billed to the client. For date changes made within 21 days of departure, a change fee may apply.
Failure to show up at the scheduled time without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation and charged according to the cancellation policy above.
Dietary needs, room preferences, or other special requests should be submitted in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee them. Any confirmed pay-on-request extras will be billed separately.
